The Detroit Tigers and Florida Marlins have reached a prelimiary agreement on a trade involving Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera. In the trade the Tigers will send outfielder Cameron Maybin, Andrew Miller, catcher Mike Rabelo and minor league pitchers Eulogio De La Cruz, Dallas Trahern and Burke Badenhop to the Marlins. The Marlins will send Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera to the Tigers. The Tigers hadn't entered talks with the Marlins until this morning.
